Job Responsibilities
  • Utilize Google Workspace to process client invoices accurately.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve billing-related issues.
  • Stay updated on industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL frameworks to optimize billing processes.

For success in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-8 years of experience in Google Workspace Billing or extensive knowledge of GWS environment.
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good typing speed (preferably 30-50 WPM).
Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education.
  • Be flexible with night shifts and rotation shifts.
  • Carry photocopies of Aadhar/PAN.
  • Candidates should have registered EPs.
  • Submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry-standard ticketing tool expertise.
