Oracle EBS Implementation Lead

This is a key leadership position for an experienced professional to lead our implementation of Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS). As the Senior Specialist in charge, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end life cycle implementations of Oracle Applications with a strong focus on Order Management, Inventory, and Purchasing modules.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute implementation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide expert-level support to clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation review.
  • Mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in functional consulting for Oracle EBS, with a strong focus on Order Management, Inventory, and Purchasing modules.
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end life cycle implementations of Oracle Applications.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
