**Job Title:** Oracle EBS Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Administration Specialist to join our team. As an Oracle EBS Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end administration of Oracle EBS environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end administration of Oracle EBS environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
  • Manage EBS versions 11i to R12.2, ensuring system integrity and performance.
  • Perform routine cloning activities and manage environment refreshes using established cloning methodologies.
  • Apply and manage EBS technology stack patches including iAS, WebLogic, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
  • Monitor database and application performance, identify issues, and implement tuning and optimization solutions.
  • Administer Oracle RAC, Oracle Clusterware (CRS), and Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Install, upgrade, and patch Oracle RDBMS versions up to 12c, following Oracle best practices.
  • Serve as the Lead DBA or Focal Point for clients and internal teams within the DBA pool.
  • Collaborate with application developers, functional teams, and infrastructure specialists to support integrated environments.
  • Manage and support Oracle SOA Suite, Fusion Middleware, and WebLogic administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Database administration.
  • Strong expertise in managing Oracle EBS versions 11i through R12.2.
  • Proven experience in production support, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring.
  • Proficiency in cloning methodologies, patch management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Oracle RAC, Oracle CRS, and Oracle Data Guard.
  • Expertise in Oracle RDBMS installation, upgrades, and patching (up to version 12c).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, and WebLogic Server administration.
  • Understanding of Oracle EBS technology stack components: iAS, Forms, Reports, WebLogic.

Qualifications:

  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) DBA / Apps DBA certification.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (OCI, AWS, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Experience working with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with shell scripting or automation tools for DBA tasks.

Education:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
