Job Summary:Oracle GSC is looking for seasoned Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultants with mandatory hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate must possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting (SLA).

The role involves working with global clients to deliver high-quality functional solutions aligned with Oracle best practices. Key Responsibilities:Analyze client business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS Finance configurations

Lead and execute at least 1–2 full-cycle Oracle EBS Finance implementations (mandatory)Configure and test core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA, and iExpenseCollaborate with technical teams on the design and validation of RICEW components

Provide production support, resolve functional issues, and drive enhancements

Conduct impact analysis and regression testing for Oracle patches and upgrades

Facilitate CRP, UAT, and end-user training sessions; develop detailed functional documentation

Interact with global stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery across project lifecycles

Required Skills & Qualifications:8 years of Oracle EBS Finance functional experience

Mandatory experience in at least one or more end-to-end implementation projects

Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA, and related modules

Exposure to local statutory compliance, multi-currency, and tax configurations

Familiarity with Oracle AIM methodology and project documentation standards

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-interaction skills

Experience in global delivery environments and cross-functional collaboration

Oracle certification in Financial modules (preferred)Education:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline
