We're seeking a highly skilled OTC Collections professional to manage customer portfolios and ensure timely collections.

As an experienced collections analyst, you will analyze aging reports and prioritize high-risk accounts.

You will resolve disputes by collaborating with stakeholders, negotiate payment plans and monitor credit limits.

Key responsibilities include preparing weekly reports and dashboards, handling escalations, and leading root cause analysis.

Additionally, you will drive reduction in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt, mentor junior analysts, and support system enhancements.

Team Leadership:

  • Oversee daily operations and team performance
  • Allocate portfolios and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance
  • Manage escalations and external collection agencies
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials
  • Drive automation and process improvements

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of OTC Collections experience
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in US shifts
