Business Development Trainee

We are building a new hospitality brand in Mumbai, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Trainee to assist our founder with key responsibilities and projects.

  • Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, and communications, ensuring seamless coordination of business operations.
  • Organize vendor lists, contracts, and contact databases, maintaining accurate records for efficient project execution.
  • Create and update spreadsheets for budgets, timelines, and project tracking, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with consultants, designers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products.
  • Assist with launch planning, events, and activations, leveraging creativity and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting notes, reminders, and follow-ups, fostering effective communication among team members.
  • Act as a project manager for administrative workflows, overseeing tasks, deadlines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, startups, or executive assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
