Job Title: Executive Hospitality Design Director

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished design professional to lead our hospitality design team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Hospitality Design Director to spearhead the development of compelling spatial concepts, drive quality control, and ensure seamless delivery of high-end hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hospitality brand standards, local regulations, and accessibility norms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating client briefs into captivating spatial concepts that exceed expectations.
  • Reviewing and approving layout plans, guest flow, and functional adjacencies to guarantee a seamless user experience.
  • Ensuring adherence to strict quality control measures, including regular design audits and issue resolution.
  • Managing FF&E specifications, room matrices, and take-offs to meet exacting standards.
  • Liaising with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in hospitality design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
