Studio Director

The successful candidate will lead the launch of a global firm's flagship Indian studio. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape studio culture, strategy, and growth from inception.

As Studio Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan to drive expansion in the Indian market. You will work closely with the Europe-based leadership team to establish a strong presence in Mumbai and ensure seamless collaboration with global offices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

A degree in Architecture (and the built environment) and a postgraduate qualification or Master's in Architecture (and the built environment).

15-22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles.

A strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects.

Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit (P&L responsibility, team leadership, resourcing).

Excellent client relationship, business development, and communication skills.

Prior experience working with or collaborating with international design firms is highly valued.
