Corporate Legal Associate Job

We are seeking a Corporate legal associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that our legal infrastructure keeps pace with business growth and regulatory complexity.

This role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset and a sharp legal acumen who can manage commercial contracts and compliance while aligning with business objectives.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including:
  • SaaS & IT Services Agreements
  • Advise on cross-border legal and compliance matters, including data protection, FEMA, and RBI guidelines
  • Collaboration & Staffing Agreements
  • NDAs and Marketing Contracts

The key responsibilities include:

  • Provide legal guidance in contract disputes, dispute resolution, and potential litigation (preferred)
  • Exposure to international contracting is must, especially within APAC and EU frameworks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; Master's or professional certifications (e.g., Bar Admission) are preferred
  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors is a plus
  • Prior in-house legal counsel or top-tier law firm experience preferred
