Job Title: Legal Specialist - Customer Contracts

This role is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your contract negotiation expertise and work with various stakeholders to structure, prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners globally.
  • Review Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Rainmaker Agreements, and other types of IT contracts.
  • Work closely with procurement, business, and delivery functions for transaction closure.
  • Coordinate with other legal team members for effective contract management.
  • Pursue monthly reporting and cadence meetings with management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks in contracts.
  • Provide inputs/mark-up on contracts to mitigate risks and exposures.
  • Work with clients to structure, prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements.
  • Major experience in Contract Negotiation is required.
  • Review and negotiate Customer Agreements.
  • Provide legal support for ongoing contract management activities.
  • Work with external counsel and manage junior lawyers.
  • Negotiate IT Outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers.
