Job Title: Legal Executive

As a detail-oriented and experienced legal professional, you will be responsible for handling employment-related legal matters.

This role requires experience in managing Employment Agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as preparing and reviewing Bonus and Commission Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate Client Contracts to protect company interests and deliverables.
  • Manage Vendor Contracts, including Corp-to-Corp (C2C) agreements, with attention to classification risks and regulatory compliance.
  • Review and respond to Unemployment Claims, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Handle Workers' Compensation Insurance Claims, including documentation and communication with insurance providers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with state labor departments and agencies, addressing compliance requirements and legal correspondence.
  • Support internal teams with legal research and policy development as needed.

Requirements: 10+ years of experience with US experience required. We are seeking a results-driven individual who can ensure seamless execution of legal processes.
