Job Title:

Seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.

This role involves working closely with our team to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review & Compliance:
    • Review federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.
    • Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.
    • Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
    • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support:
    • Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
    • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support:
    • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
    • Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:
    • Coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.
    • Provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk. Experience with U.S. federal contracts preferred.
  • Knowledge/Skills:
    • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
    • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools (e.g., SharePoint, SAP Ariba, Deltek Costpoint).
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    • Prior experience supporting U.S. federal contracts in an offshore/outsourcing environment.
