Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Fabrication Contract Manager to lead our sub-contract management for large fabrication packages. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end supplier processes, developing and negotiating contractual agreements, and building strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of sub-contracts, from qualification to execution.
  • Develop and negotiate detailed contracts with suppliers and customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with project scopes.
  • Support bid teams in proposal development, risk identification, and contractual negotiations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication contract management, preferably in oil & gas or construction project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of contract terms, conditions, and negotiation practices.
  • Proven international commercial support experience within complex industries.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to simplify complex contract issues and communicate them effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with sound commercial judgment.
