Job Opportunity

As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and managing legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.
  • Reviewing and finalizing transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
  • Liaising with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are encouraged to apply.
