Job Title: Contract Specialist
- We are seeking an experienced professional to own the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing of various contracts.
The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance, align agreements with business goals, mitigate risk, and maintain accurate contractual records.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate diverse contracts—such as vendor agreements, service contracts, employment contracts, NDAs, licensing and partnership agreements.
- Contract Alignment and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align contractual terms with company strategies and policies.
- Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Analyze contract terms to identify legal or business risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Contract Management: Maintain a central repository of contract documentation and metadata for easy retrieval and tracking.
- Contract Lifecycle Monitoring: Monitor the contract lifecycle and flag deadlines proactively.
- Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training on contract policies, best practices, and risk areas.
- Dispute Resolution: Support in resolving contract disputes, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare contract performance reports and metrics for senior management.
