About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Legal team. In this position, you will be responsible for contract management, working closely with business teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution of contracts.
You will draft, review, and vet commercial contracts while maintaining a robust repository to support organizational efficiency and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Facilitate timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain and track an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
- Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
- Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
