Effective legal support is crucial for ensuring compliance and mitigating risk within the supply chain. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing thorough auditing and documentation to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will identify, document, and communicate client contract requirements to internal stakeholders. This includes ensuring contractor contract templates align with client terms and supporting colleagues in conducting internal audits of business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Compliance Expert: Maintain accurate databases related to commercial compliance and ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • Audit Support: Assist colleagues in conducting internal audits of business activities and provide expert advice on contractual compliance.
  • Template Guardian: Ensure that contractor contract templates are up-to-date and aligned with client terms.
  • Versatile Contributor: Undertake other duties to support our high commercial compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (law preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two of the following:
    • Law degree or Contract Management course completion.
    • Previous experience in contractual compliance or contract management.
    • At least 2+ years of experience in a corporate or in-house environment.
    • Proficiency in reading contracts and identifying client requirements.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with the ability to follow new processes consistently.
  • Experience in accurately documenting and filing information.
  • Ability to work well independently and seek guidance when needed.
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments.
  • Maintains a continuous learning approach, showing curiosity and interest in new ideas and opportunities.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with database systems.
  • Experience with CRM and onboarding systems.
