Artist/Influencer Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to oversee artist and influencer partnerships.

This role involves discovering, onboarding, and managing influencer relationships—particularly on YouTube and Instagram—while ensuring seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard exclusive creators for brand collaborations.
  • Manage a portfolio of influencers, primarily on YouTube and Instagram.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
  • Negotiate project deliverables, rates, and timelines in alignment with campaign goals.
  • Track project progress, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain organized records and reports on all influencer interactions and performance.
Requirements:
  • A highly skilled individual who can onboard exclusive artists and influencers.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in influencer marketing.
  • Prior experience working with brands or influencer networks is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently.
  • Proven ability to handle fast-paced environments and deadline-driven campaigns.
