- Customer Relationship Management: Conduct follow-ups with partners for on-time receipt of payments.
- Marketing Support: Provide marketing and conference support in countries being handled to enhance brand image.
- Product Development: Identify and recommend new products in the existing portfolio to achieve expansion and growth in sales for assigned countries.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with internal regulatory teams to process dossiers for new products.
- Launch Support: Coordinate with marketing teams of partners to provide all support required for product launches, such as samples and customized promotional materials.
- Sales Order Execution: Execute and monitor sales orders for smooth flow of operations.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve major bottlenecks/issues hampering order execution by conducting regular meetings with relevant teams.
- Documentation Validation: Validate all documentation related to an order before releasing it for fulfillment.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Education: MBA from a leading business school (Tier 1), preferably in international business.
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in business development within a pharma company, handling complex business regions, with 1-2 years of on-field exposure.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
