Drive Fashion Sales Success

Fashion sales professionals play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and brand recognition. We are seeking an experienced and charismatic individual to join our team as a fashion sales representative.

  • Promote and sell collections to offline customers, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with existing customers, boutiques, and retail outlets through effective relationship management and negotiation techniques.
  • GENERATE NEW LEADS and convert them into long-term customers by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • CONDUCT PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS, explain features/benefits, and handle customer queries effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • MONITOR CUSTOMER PREFERENCES and provide feedback to the merchandising/production team to inform product development and improve overall customer experience.
  • MANAGE OFFLINE ORDER PROCESSING, payment follow-ups, and timely deliveries to ensure seamless transactions and meet sales targets.
  • REPRESENT THE BRAND at exhibitions, trade shows, and local marketing events to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • TRACK COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES and suggest strategies for growth in offline markets to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in offline sales, preferably in fashion, apparel, or retail sector.
  • Strong COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, and PRESENTATION SKILLS to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and current fashion trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Ability to BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS and deliver EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Comfortable with field visits, market research, and retail interactions to stay connected with customers and identify new opportunities.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Fashion preferred, but not required.
