Style Director Opportunity

As a style director, you will be responsible for leading the fashion merchandising process from planning to implementation. You will identify fashion trends and target markets, and develop product and color concepts using sales, market research, and customer feedback.

You will analyze competitor products and pricing to ensure merchandise is priced competitively. You will also research product categories and seasonal trends, and approve the seasonal merchandise assortment and product mixes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fashion merchandising strategies that drive sales and profitability
  • Identify and capitalize on fashion trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute fashion merchandise assortments
  • Manage and maintain product knowledge, including pricing, inventory levels, and levels of service
  • Track and analyze merchandising performance, including sales, profit, and return on investment
  • Design presentation materials, including product detail sheets, signage, and shipping containers

Requirements:

  • Degree in fashion merchandising or a related field
  • Proven experience as a fashion merchandiser or visual merchandiser
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and developments
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create original and eye-catching designs that appeal to our target market
