Visual Merchandising Specialist

The Role:

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging store displays and experiences that showcase our latest collections.

  • Deliver new arrivals and replenishments efficiently, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with visual merchandising reports, using data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on merchandising tasks, including blocking and ordering items.
  • Support customer service on the floor, providing exceptional service to customers.
  • Contribute to the training of sales advisors in fashion-related topics, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visually appealing store displays and window showcases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute seasonal promotions and events.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform visual merchandising strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation throughout the store.
