As a Sales Manager at Testbook, you will lead the sales for your center, responsible for hiring, lead generation, and final sales conversion. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Hiring and training: Hire counselors and marketing executives, ensure proper training, and lead generation.
- Lead generation: Plan for lead generation, ensure requisite leads are generated, and track leads.
- Sales conversion: Plan for sales conversion improvement, ensure proper pitch, follow-ups, and process adherence.
Competencies required: People management, sales, lead generation, and sales process setting. Requirements: Edtech experience, team management, sales leadership, and awareness of different channels to source leads offline.
