Job Title: Technical Expert

The primary role of the Technical Expert is to provide technical expertise and support for the onboarding of applications into the identity governance system.

About This Role:
  • This position requires a strong understanding of identity governance systems and their integration with various applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in developing custom workflows for lifecycle management and provisioning.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Onboard applications into the identity governance system, including JDBC, Delimited File, Logical, Active Directory, and LDAP applications.
  2. Interact with application owners to understand their system requirements and explain the integration process and goals.
  3. Gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application.
  4. Coordinate, test, and validate custom development required by the app team to perform the integration.
  5. Work with internal engineers to build the integration as per governance best practices and application requirements.
  6. Coordinate and assist app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  7. Maintain and report accurate statuses for all applications being onboarded.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years' experience in identity governance development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for lifecycle management and provisioning.
  • Administration, implementation, and support of SailPoint-based identity and access management solutions.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation.
  • Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes.
  • Development or work with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates.
  • Creation of custom reports for specific and general purposes.
  • Creation of rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
  • Work on Life Cycle Management events like Joiner, Leaver, and Manager Transfer.
