Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our CyberArk infrastructure, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, and provide input on architectural designs and enhancements.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing expert-level technical support for CyberArk-related issues;
  2. Developing and implementing solutions to improve system stability and performance;
  3. Collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement new features and capabilities;
  4. Performing log analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of issues;
  5. Maintaining accurate records of incident resolutions and knowledge base articles;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical engineering roles, with a focus on CyberArk and security;
  • Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and improving system stability;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and concepts;
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
