Role Overview:

This is a business development opportunity to oversee global market research, develop and execute expansion strategies, manage sales initiatives, and lead a team.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who can identify opportunities, establish international networks, and drive sales of our solutions across different countries.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by building partnerships with key players worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a global expansion strategy to promote our services.
  • Building, managing, and nurturing relationships with international partners including consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
  • Identifying, engaging, and onboarding new channel partners in different regions to expand our footprint.
  • Driving sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Representing the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections.
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
  • Negotiating and closing partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • Providing country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Regularly reporting on business development progress, market insights, and sales performance to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management.
  • Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
