Role Overview:
This is a business development opportunity to oversee global market research, develop and execute expansion strategies, manage sales initiatives, and lead a team.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who can identify opportunities, establish international networks, and drive sales of our solutions across different countries.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by building partnerships with key players worldwide.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a global expansion strategy to promote our services.
- Building, managing, and nurturing relationships with international partners including consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
- Identifying, engaging, and onboarding new channel partners in different regions to expand our footprint.
- Driving sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Representing the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections.
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
- Negotiating and closing partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
- Providing country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Regularly reporting on business development progress, market insights, and sales performance to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management.
- Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
- Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
