As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in cultivating relationships with overseas organizations and clients to expand our product reach in international markets.
Job DescriptionWe seek a highly skilled Senior Executive – International Sales & BD to cultivate relationships with relevant overseas organizations and clients for our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the reach of our products to current and new international markets.
The Senior Executive – International Sales & BD will be responsible for devising strategies for expanding both online and offline marketing presence, whether through in-house resources or through outsourced marketing partnerships.
Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential organizations, importers, hospitals, and clients in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, while understanding their needs and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international customers.
- Optimize pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Provide weekly updates to senior management on export sales performance, market insights, and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Business, Business Management (Sales & Marketing), Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical / Hospital Management).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an International B2B sales and business development role in a pharmaceutical / healthcare / medical device company.
- Awareness and focused experience on Global Healthcare tenders (NGOs & MOH requirements) / Named Patient Supplies for Unregistered products / 'Special Permit Imports' in developing markets would be highly preferred.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding export sales targets.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required (approx. 3 - 4 times in a year). Adaptability to different international markets and cultures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, ethical, and organized individual with attention to detail required.
