Job Title:

Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and monitor multiple projects simultaneously. This includes developing and maintaining project reports, planning and scheduling, as well as cost monitoring and control.

Key responsibilities of this role include coordination with project stakeholders, conducting site visits to verify progress and identify critical/risk issues, and proactively supporting and managing the project plan/team to ensure timely completion of projects.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for billing and payment processes, ensuring client satisfaction through handovers, allocation and monitoring of snag/observation points, and follow-ups on retention amounts.

This role also involves site visits, preparation of photographic reports, and submission to the tender team, as well as project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and billing. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, with experience in cost management and timely client bill raising.

Other key responsibilities include presenting reports in weekly meetings, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with contractors and clients, allocating works to subcontractors, and project audits versus actual reconciliation.
