Job Title: Head of Sports Administration

The Head of Sports Administration oversees the planning, development, and implementation of sports programs, physical education, and wellness initiatives across the institution.

  • Manages sports infrastructure, facilities, gymnasiums, and grounds ensuring proper maintenance and utilization.
  • Develops and implements the overall vision, strategy, and policies for the sports department.
  • Oversees sports programs, inter-collegiate tournaments, training camps, and physical education curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentors talented athletes to represent the institution at various levels.
  • Collaborates with coaches, trainers, and faculty to promote a culture of fitness and sportsmanship.
  • Organizes workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on health, fitness, and sports.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and promotes ethical sports practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sports administration, coaching, or sports management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale sports events and teams.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of modern training methods, sports technology, and performance analytics.
