Job Title: CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working on the full life cycle of implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with development teams to provide better understanding of business users' needs and help resolve any queries related to requirements.
  • Document business requirements, review them with the business and technology teams, and obtain customer acceptance for the same.
  • Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015.
  • Familiar with Strong on MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules.

Skills:

  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.
  • Strong knowledge of MS CRM configuration.
  • Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM.
