About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging data analysis and insights. You will work closely with senior management and the business strategy team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex sales data to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor sales funnels performance weekly for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Track and analyze sales performance (target vs achievement) of business teams product-wise and present findings to management.
  • Ensure the CRM system is utilized effectively for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide access to CRM tools for business teams and offer solutions if any issues arise.
  • Support sales representatives by providing timely sales data, generating reports, and offering assistance when needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
  • Ensure the team is updating their opportunities, leads, and pipeline stages in CRM regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business, sales, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales or marketing context.
  • Strong proficiency in data crunching & analysis (e.g., advanced Microsoft Excel skills).
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
