Regulatory Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Regulatory Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, performing regulatory reporting processes, and analyzing data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Change Management, and Technology.
  • Perform daily submissions, exception management, static data management, and MI/Statistics/Steerco management, primarily focused on EMIR and SFTR.
  • Reconcile source systems and trade repositories to ensure data completeness and accuracy for counterparties where we have delegated the reporting to them.
  • Analyze pairing and matching breaks using provided tools, coordinating with counterparties and internal technical teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Address ad-hoc internal and external queries by evaluating the underlying issues and providing precise, timely resolutions in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and actively participate in training and mentoring team members.
  • Be an active member of the Trade & Transaction Reporting Committee/Working Group, designed to track the remediation of current risks and issues, understand upcoming regulation, and adapt the operating model as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Trade transaction and Regulatory Reporting. Experience in MiFiD, SFTR, EMIR, DTCC, UnaVista, or Regis-TR is an added advantage.
