Key Role:

Senior Analyst/Associate Process Manager

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our organization as Senior Analyst/Associate Process Managers. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Trade transaction and Regulatory Reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Change Management, and Technology.
  • Perform Regulatory Reporting BAU processes, including daily submissions, exception management, static data management, and MI (Management Information)/Statistics/Steerco management, primarily focused on EMIR and SFTR.
  • Conduct comprehensive reconciliation between source systems and trade repositories to ensure data completeness and accuracy for counterparties.
  • Analyze pairing and matching breaks using provided tools, coordinating with counterparties and internal technical teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, actively participate in training and mentoring team members.
  • Promote compliance with organizational standards, addressing ad-hoc internal and external queries by evaluating underlying issues and providing precise resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in MiFiD, SFTR, EMIR, DTCC, Basel, UnaVista, or Regis-TR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
