Healthcare Marketing Regulatory Expert

The Medical Content and Review Specialist plays a crucial role in the MLR review process for healthcare marketing organizations.
- Manages the end-to-end MLR process for clients.
- Responsible for scheduling, setting agendas, and leading Review Committee meetings to ensure effective collaboration.
- Verifies that all covered communications are properly vetted through the review process.
- Ensures materials are assigned to the appropriate review path for timely completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical field with a focus on regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or pharmaceutical industries with expertise in regulatory affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports FDA submissions with Regulatory Reviewer Partners.
- Collaborates with medical content development teams to upload materials into review and approval platforms.
- Works closely with Medical Affairs and Medical Information leadership to develop project plans and manage their execution.
