Join us and elevate your career as a high-achieving Senior Regulatory Professional. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading complex client engagements across regulatory supervision, policy formulation, risk management, regulatory governance, and compliance transformation.

  • Steer advisory mandates involving the interpretation and practical application of regulations, ensuring clients are well-prepared for supervisory reviews and inspections.
  • Provide strategic consulting services to advise clients on complex regulatory issues, including master directions, sector-specific requirements, and regulatory circulars.

As a key member of our team, you will spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of enterprise compliance frameworks for clients, aligning with regulatory guidelines and risk frameworks.

  • Supervise policy governance advisory, including drafting/review of all regulatory-mandated policies, compliance manuals, and operational risk frameworks.
  • Oversee the development of robust frameworks for market conduct, personal account dealing, conflict-of-interest management, and staff accountability.

You will support the preparation of defensible submissions, responses to enforcement proceedings, and define governance roles for boards, KMPs, CCOs, and senior management.

  • Design and deliver trainings to clients aligned with evolving best practices and regulatory expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEBI/RBI regulations and experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and policy formulation.

Requirements:
