Job Role:
Associate Growth Manager
You'll drive user and revenue growth by experimenting across paid, organic, product, partnerships, and beyond. You'll learn how to find what works, double down, and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Manage campaigns across paid ads, social media, email, SEO, content, and referrals.
- Analyze data to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve funnels and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest growth hacks, tools, and channels.
Requirements:
- 0–5 years of experience (internships/projects count—mindset matters more than CV).
- Be curious, hands-on, and enjoy learning by doing.
- Comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses (basic Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Not afraid to get scrappy—whether it's writing copy, designing a landing page, or cold-emailing a potential partner.
- A doer: prefer running an experiment today rather than planning one for a month.
