We're seeking a Sales Performance Catalyst to spearhead the growth of our AI training and consulting services. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization and drive human-AI collaboration.
As a Sales Performance Catalyst, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle for B2B training and consulting engagements. You will target key decision-makers at mid-market companies, build relationships through a consultative selling approach, and help define our go-to-market strategy as we scale.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with HR and L&D leaders
- Build strong relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine our go-to-market strategy
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of quota achievement
- CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation skills
- Complex deal experience managing longer sales cycles
- Strong presentation skills for C-level conversations
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its business applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
