Job Description

Acquis Compliance is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company revolutionizing Supply chain sustainability for manufacturing companies across the globe. Our AI powered platform helps businesses automate & streamline Regulatory Compliance initiatives. We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, scale customer acquisition, and optimize conversion strategies.

Role Overview:

As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing a scalable marketing playbook to accelerate revenue. You will leverage data-driven strategies across SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and other digital channels to fuel our startup&aposs growth. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with B2B SaaS companies, understands the startup environment, and is adept at both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a data-driven growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Create and optimize marketing funnels, ensuring seamless user journeys from awareness to conversion.
- Own and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic traffic and paid campaign performance.
- Develop email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage and grow social media channels to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align growth strategies with overall company goals.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest B2B SaaS marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/Marketing automation platforms.
- Experience running and optimizing A/B tests and CRO strategies.
- Ability to manage and optimize performance marketing budgets efficiently.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and wearing multiple hats when needed.
