Senior Rewards and Performance Expert

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our Global Talent, Reward and Culture Team in shaping and executing global performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards and recognition strategies.

This opportunity offers a unique chance to lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing global policies and systems, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels in a global setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Policy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive global policies and systems that drive business results.
  • Performance Management: Design and execute global performance management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Compensation Planning: Plan and manage compensation programs that reward high-performing employees.
  • Employee Recognition: Develop and implement employee recognition programs that foster a culture of appreciation.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical skills (and advanced level MS Excel skills) with the ability to interpret complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • The ability to use good judgment, be discreet and highly trustworthy, and demonstrate ethical conduct along with high-level integrity and demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
