Strategic Total Reward Partner

The centre of excellence for total reward plays a pivotal role in driving business performance and individual success.

As a senior specialist, you will shape and lead our total reward priorities, delivering solutions that support both colleagues and strategic business aspirations.

You will operate at a high level of conceptual thinking, guiding the business through change and risk management, ensuring that total reward practices are future-proofed, customer-centric, and drive increased business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing customer-centric, data-led total reward solutions that deliver differentiated outcomes.
  • Working with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance the effectiveness of total reward.
  • Ensuring seamless reward activities and processes to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Driving leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of total reward adoption.

You will also be responsible for implementing and embedding total reward programmes, enhancing total reward value as part of the EVP, and bringing external perspectives to increase the impact of total reward on organisational performance.

Requirements:

  • Advanced business partnering skills and leading partnerships with leaders to translate goals into total reward programmes.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, change and project delivery expertise, storytelling with data/business insights, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrating experience as a customer champion, change agent, collaborative partner, and commercial thinker.
  • Respected total reward expert with at least 7 years of experience leading effective change across all elements of total reward, deep technical total reward experience, agile trusted business partner, governance and risk management experience, and establishing strong collaborative relationships across HR and the business.
