Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven professional to lead our Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits strategy.

The role is pivotal in ensuring alignment of reward systems with business goals, driving employee retention and engagement through effective pay practices, and providing deep analytics to inform decision-making.

This position will oversee the design and implementation of total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, variable pay, and long-term incentives. They will also lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for workforce costs, ensuring cross-functional alignment with Finance and Business Heads.

  • Design and implement total rewards strategies.
  • Lead the AOP process for workforce costs.
  • Conduct manpower planning in collaboration with talent acquisition and business partners.
  • Develop and manage compensation structures and benchmarking exercises.
  • Drive data-driven insights and design dashboards and analytics around rewards, headcount, productivity, and cost trends.
  • Partner with external consultants to manage compensation benchmarking and best practice reviews.
  • Own the annual performance-linked bonus and salary revision cycles.
  • Support HR teams and leaders with C&B advisory, job evaluations, and compensation structuring for offers and promotions.

A postgraduate degree in HR or MBA from a recognized institute is preferred. Deep understanding of manpower planning, AOP, total rewards, and C&B frameworks is required. Strong analytical and numerical ability with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR dashboards is essential. Experience in handling large data sets, deriving insights, and presenting to senior leadership is also necessary. Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain high attention to detail is crucial.
