Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve designs\

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of design work\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field\
  • 3+ years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a senior role\
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities\
  • High level of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills\
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\
  • Knowledge of design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite\
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies\
  • Certifications in fashion design or a related field (e.g. CFDA, FGI)\
  • Fluency in English language, both written and spoken\
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and interact with diverse stakeholders\
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the workspace\
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation\
  • Other relevant certifications or qualifications\
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work and accomplishments\
