Job Description

As a visionary Fashion Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of avant-garde fashion. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting original and unconventional silhouettes that push the boundaries of contemporary design.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in technical skills, coupled with a deep understanding of artistic vision. They will thrive under pressure, communicate effectively, plan meticulously, and collaborate seamlessly with artists and makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design innovative and bold designs in line with the company's artistic vision
  • Develop patterns, mockups, and toiles
  • Take accurate body and garment measurements
  • Create detailed techpacks for sampling and production
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure alignment of design intent during prototyping
  • Maintain consistent communication and reporting standards as per company guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices in all aspects of design and production
  • Collaborate with the team for seamless execution
  • Manage timelines, follow-ups, and documentation with high degree of organization and discipline

Requirements

  • Graduate from a reputable fashion institution
  • Strong command over both written and spoken English
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Solid portfolio showcasing innovative designs, strong pattern-making skills, and original thinking
