Brand Collaboration Specialist

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, managers, and content creators. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for working within the influencer, fashion, and lifestyle industries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating Brand Partnerships: Identify and coordinate clients' brand collaborations with influencers and their teams. Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers, their managers, and talent agencies. Ensure timely delivery of brand assets to influencers and their teams.
  • Influencer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managers, and content creators. Understand influencers' personal styles, audiences, and brand fit to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Campaign & Event Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute influencer dressing, gifting, and brand campaigns. Track and manage inventory of clients' products used for influencer partnerships. Ensure all collaborations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Trend Analysis & Industry Networking: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencer talent. Provide insights and recommendations based on influencer content trends and audience engagement patterns. Attend fashion, lifestyle, and social media industry events to network with key stakeholders.
  • Additional Tasks: Manage deliverables and deadlines with influencers and their teams. Prepare performance reports on influencer collaborations, including reach and engagement metrics. Handle logistical and coordination issues that may arise during the partnership and delivery process.

Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, fashion, or related field. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
