Job Description

You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to build a scalable supply chain that enables rapid collection launches and national-scale growth.

  • Own the end-to-end supply ecosystem: from material sourcing and vendor partnerships to demand planning, inventory, and distribution.
  • Develop a strong ecosystem of processors and manufacturers across multiple hubs.
  • Partner with design and merchandising to forecast and optimize working capital.
  • Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with a focus on quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Supply Chain Strategy: Build a scalable and agile supply chain backbone for rapid and profitable growth.
  • Vendor & Production Leadership: Develop a strong network of suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Partner with designers and merchandisers to forecast and align supply with launches.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement processes for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics.
  • Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Supply team.
Requirements & Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 10–15 years of experience in operations and business roles in high-growth environments.
  • Educational and professional pedigree (IIT/IIM/MBB/HUL/P&G/ITC/etc.).
  • Leadership skills to build teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution.
  • A willingness to travel with Jaipur as your central base.
