Job Title: Chief Operations Officer

About the Role

The Chief Operations Officer will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day school operations, overseeing administrative duties, planning, forecasting, and optimizing resources to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Administrative activities related to school operations.
  • Coordinate requisition and inventory management for Primary, Middle, and Senior Schools.
  • Ensure timely updates on student and staff data, circulars, school events, tests, examinations, trips, etc.
  • Establish quality standards for services like Transport, Catering, Security, Uniforms, and Safety.
  • Develop a collaborative relationship with parents through effective communication and issue-resolving attitude.
  • Resolve issues related to external vendors and agencies within stipulated timeframes.
  • Present regular MIS reports to the Principal.
  • Plan functional MBWA (Management by walking around) with the Vice-Principal and Principal.
  • Communicate urgent and important issues to the Principal immediately.
  • Contribute to understanding, accepting, and practicing company values.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Essential: Business degree, 5-8 years' experience in administration or education, MBA – Finance/Marketing/Operations.
  • Desirable: Experience in education, telecom, insurance, retail, IT training sectors.
