Job Title: Branch Operations Director

Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage the overall operations of our commercial real estate branch office. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role for a professional who can independently manage the branch's revenue goals while ensuring seamless coordination across support functions such as HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Inventory.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of overall experience with at least 4-5 years in a city-level leadership role managing both sales and support functions.

Responsibilities include business leadership, sales team management, marketing, property inventory, HR administration, and financial coordination.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong team leadership with hands-on, on-ground management style.
  • Strong grip on CRM systems, sales funnel monitoring, and dashboard reviews.
  • Analytical problem solver with a bias for daily execution and process discipline.
  • Effective communicator, negotiator, and closer.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or MBA in Business Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • Residence in Pune or Mumbai.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
