Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to procure and manage technical equipment, spare parts, and consumables for vessels. This entails sourcing high-quality products from suppliers while ensuring competitive pricing.

Key duties include building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and service providers, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and reviewing supplier invoices for accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and procure spare parts, consumables, and technical equipment for vessels.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable support.
  • Process purchase requisitions from vessels and fleet management teams efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to arrange timely delivery of goods to vessels at ports worldwide.
