Job Title: Global Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Global Procurement Engineer. This position involves procuring goods, materials, and services within specified cost and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management: Manage end-to-end procurement processes for various categories, ensuring continuous supply and timely delivery.
  • Sourcing and Vendor Management: Source new vendors locally and internationally to improve lead times and pricing, while resolving issues with suppliers and submitting documents to finance.
  • Tech and Commercial Analysis: Gather technical and commercial information from suppliers before purchasing materials, and approve samples from R&D for new vendors.
  • Project Support: Assist with product costing and share with HOD for approval, identify new material sources to reduce costs, and obtain samples for approval.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports and maintain documentation, follow up with vendors on payment terms and delivery rates.
