  2. Leverages expertise to manage diverse teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed.
  3. Fosters collaboration among team members, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional understanding.
  4. Drives process improvements, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and scalability.
  5. Secures resources required for team success, including research and capital investments.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  2. Proven track record in personnel and project management, strategic planning.
  3. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.

Tech Stack:

  1. Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD.
  2. Able to effectively communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders using presentation software.
